Shipping Policy

Please be aware that all orders are processed in 48 business hours (NOT including weekends, sales, holidays).

 

Available shipping methods for domestic orders include:

USPS Mail: $5.99 (5-7 business days)

USPS Expedited mail: $10.99 (3-5) business days)

Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): for domestic orders over $120.00 using the code: "Free Shipping". Free Shipping not applicable with other promotions.

​ILLY BOUTIQUE is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).

Return & Exchange Policy

​

1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.

2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 10% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.  

3. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email illyboutique.shop@gmail.com within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.

4. All items are returned to ILLY BOUTIQUE at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.

5. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to ILLY BOUTIQUE. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
